I had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Natalia at reception, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The restaurant manager, Jose, and our waiter, Carlos, were also exceptional in their service. The evening meal we had was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the talented chefs. Additionally, I tried the spa massage and it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

The hotel had a wonderful spa massage and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with huge beds, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The restaurant served delicious food all day and the prices were reasonable. The hotel also had a good internet connection in the lobby.

The reception and dining area layout was not to my liking, as it was not easy to navigate. Also, the hotel seemed to host a lot of school groups. Consequently, there were noisy, screaming children running around at all hours, including during the night. The breakfast area was in the lobby, with no fresh fruit or quality products. The glasses were also dirty, which was a major turn-off.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the Christmas festivities. The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The balcony had a nice view of the city. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. The best part of our stay was that the hotel had a spa with massages. It was really relaxing and a great way to unwind after all the Christmas shopping we did. Another great aspect was that the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our travels a lot easier.

There were also some negative aspects to our stay. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the area or the Christmas events. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant had a limited menu and the food was not very good. We found that it was better to try other restaurants in the area. The worst part of our stay was that the room was not very clean and we found a lot of dust on the floors and surfaces. Also, the bathroom had issues with the plumbing and there was sometimes a bad smell. we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel.
